A softphone in the browser
The WebRTC softphone turns any workstation into a business telephone — a headset is enough, with no hardware and no installation. You call in one click from any record or number displayed in the suite, and the customer record appears as soon as an incoming call rings.
Business numbers
Your first business number is included in the telephony plan and is activated in a few minutes. You can add extra numbers — one per department, branch or campaign — each with its own routing, its own hours and its own statistics.
Route calls like a large company
Pre-answer greeting, hold music, business hours and public holidays, simultaneous ringing across several users and desk phones, forwarding to an external mobile: your telephone setup reflects how you actually work. Outside your hours or when nobody answers, voicemail takes over.
Calls, transfers and team presence
Blind or attended transfer (with an announcement), hold with music, automatic noise suppression, "on a call" presence visible to the whole team: calls are handled as comfortably as on a high-end desk phone.
Call statistics
Volumes, durations and call outcomes per line and per user show you where the team's time goes — and every call is tracked in the contact record's history anyway, since telephony and CRM are the same product.
Artificial intelligence on the phone
With the AI Assistant option, your calls can be recorded, transcribed live and summarized automatically with their key points, filed directly in the customer record. An AI receptionist can also greet your incoming calls and direct them, including outside your hours.

Desk phones, if you prefer
The softphone is not compulsory: Yealink IP desk phones provision automatically and work alongside the browser — simultaneous ringing rings both, and the first to pick up takes the call.
