The Sales hub

The Sales hub covers the whole commercial chain: a product catalog feeds your quotes, the customer accepts them online, they become compliant invoices, and payment arrives through a payment link. For equipment, serialized inventory tracks every single unit and supplier purchase orders close the stock loop.

Getting started

  1. Build your catalog of products and services.
  2. Create a quote, send it, and let the customer accept it online.
  3. Convert it into an invoice and add a payment link.
  4. If you sell or rent tracked equipment, enable serialized inventory.
  5. Order from your suppliers and track receipt.

What the hub covers

  • Quotes and invoices — full life cycle, automatic legal notices and numbering.
  • Payment links — your own Stripe account or the Metaventus managed account.
  • Product catalog — SKU, variants, purchase prices, margins, tax categories.
  • Serialized inventory — serial number, IMEI, QR code, rented/sold/returned statuses.
  • Suppliers and purchase orders — discounts, VAT, delivery address, receipt tracking.
  • Analytics per salesperson — revenue invoiced and collected, quotes awaiting a reply.
tip

Every quote, invoice and purchase order stays linked to the contact's or the company's record in the CRM: the sales history builds itself with nothing to re-enter.
