The Meetings hub publishes your availability online: your guests book a slot without creating an account, receive their reminders, and land in your CRM — all on a page in your own colors, optionally on your own domain.
A booking page in your own colors
Each event type (duration, location, questions asked) generates its own booking page. There, the guest chooses a slot that is genuinely available, by video, by phone or in person — or you can let them choose.
Event types and group sessions
Create as many event types as you need: a classic one-to-one appointment, or a fixed-time group session taking several registrations, with a capacity and a location specific to each session — ideal for workshops, training courses or drop-in sessions.
Reminders that get people to turn up
Immediate confirmation, a reminder the day before, a last-minute alert: email and SMS reminders go out automatically for every booking, with a delivery status visible on the appointment. The guest can confirm their attendance by replying YES to the SMS they receive.
Video meetings without the account circus
Metaventus video conferencing is built in: neither you nor your guests need a third-party account to meet by video. If you prefer your usual tools, the Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom integrations automatically generate the meeting link on your connected account.
Shared team calendars
Each user has their own personal calendar, and calendars can be shared at account level, at workspace level or with chosen colleagues — handy for a team that manages appointments together.
