The Marketing hub

The Marketing hub brings together your email and SMS campaigns, your web forms and your attribution, all targeted directly on the live data in your CRM: dynamic segments and static lists, with no export and no re-entering.

Compose without code

Your emails are assembled in a block editor (text, images, buttons, product or event blocks) with a true-to-life preview before sending. Reusable templates, a hosted image library and centralized signatures speed up every new campaign — see Media library and templates.

Target the right people

Your campaigns are targeted on dynamic segments, static lists, or an AI-suggested recipient list based on contacts' actual activity — see Segments and lists and Creating an email campaign.

Email and SMS, each with its own safeguards

Email campaigns (guide) rely on a verified domain and verified senders to protect your deliverability — see Domains and senders. SMS campaigns (guide) use a custom sender, handle STOP unsubscribes automatically and run on credits beyond the volume included in your plan.

Forms that feed the CRM

Web forms embed on your site with a single script: every submission creates or enriches a contact, with consent recorded, and can trigger an automation.

AI to support your writing

Describe a subject and AI proposes a complete newsletter in editable blocks; it corrects and rewrites your text in one click. These AI uses are billed in credits, on actual usage — see Understanding credits.

Know what pays off

Every campaign link is tagged automatically: sign-ups and deals stay linked to the campaign they came from, on both first and last touch.

Getting started

  1. Verify your sending domain for good deliverability.
  2. Compose your first email campaign or SMS campaign.
  3. Target a segment or a list, send, then track the statistics.
Deliverability

A verified domain (TXT + DKIM) and a validated sender are the foundation of good deliverability — set them up before your first campaign.
