The Content hub

The other hubs are for working inside Metaventus. The Content hub is for publishing to the outside world: the pages your clients visit, the forms they fill in, the space where they follow their cases, and the banner that collects their consent to cookies.

Everything there shares the same foundation: a contact who fills in a form becomes a record in the CRM, a case submitted can trigger an automation scenario, and a page can be served under your own domain rather than under the Metaventus one.

What you will find there​

  • Public pages — presentation pages, procedure pages and online forms, under your domain and with your branding.
  • Client portal — the place where your clients find their requests, their documents and their progress, without you having to answer the phone.
  • Forms — the editor is described in Web forms; they are managed from this hub.
  • Cookie banner — the consent banner placed on your site, and the proof collected.
tip

The Content hub is available in the Metaventus Suite, like the other hubs. If you do not see it in the left-hand rail, check that your workspace allows it (Admin Center → Workspaces).
