Integrations

Metaventus connects to your existing tools — and brings your data across from your old tools in a few clicks.

Identity and email​

  • Google and Microsoft 365: your teams sign in with their existing work account; Outlook calendars are visible in Metaventus.
  • Enterprise SSO (SAML / OIDC): Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Auth0 — on the Enterprise plan.

Video meetings​

  • Metaventus Visio built in: no third-party account required, neither for you nor for your guests.
  • Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom: connect your account and the meeting link is generated automatically for every appointment.

Migrating from your old tools​

From the Integrations page of the application:

  • Brevo: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, lists and email templates.
  • HubSpot: CRM data with automatic deduplication.
  • Efficy: contacts and companies, over an API connection (instance URL + key).
  • Calendly: availability schedules and event templates.
  • Universal CSV import with column mapping, for everything else.

Imports are asynchronous: track progress in real time and run them again without any risk of duplicates (deduplication by source identifier). See Import your contacts.

Payment and telephony​

  • Stripe: payment links on your own connected account, or through the Metaventus managed account (guided KYC process). See Payment links.
  • Yealink IP desk phones: automatic provisioning by MAC address. See Desk phones.

The Metaventus API​

For your own integrations: API keys with limited scopes, IP restrictions, rotation and expiry. Full documentation at developers.metaventus.com.
