Migrate from HubSpot
The Metaventus HubSpot integration brings the data from your HubSpot portal into Metaventus. It reads your HubSpot account without ever changing, sending or deleting anything: your portal keeps working normally during and after the migration.
Prerequisites
- A Metaventus account with permission to run a migration.
- A HubSpot user allowed to install apps on the portal (super admin, or "App Marketplace access" permission).
- Every HubSpot plan is supported, including the free plan. The product library only exists on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Connect HubSpot
- In Metaventus, open Migration and choose HubSpot.
- Click Sign in with HubSpot.
- Choose the HubSpot portal to migrate.
- Review the requested permissions, then click Connect app.
- You come back to Metaventus, connected to your portal.
If an optional permission appears locked, an administrator of your portal has disabled it for the app: in HubSpot, open Settings › Integrations › Connected apps, then the Metaventus app, and turn it on under Data permissions.
Migrate your data
- Account analysis: Metaventus counts what your portal contains, category by category, before importing anything.
- Data selection: migrate everything, or only some categories.
- Migration: it runs in the background; you can close the page.
- Report: what arrived and, for each item not carried over, the reason and what to do.
Running a migration again creates no duplicates: each record keeps the ID of its HubSpot record and is imported only once.

Not carried over: workflows and sequences (to rebuild in Metaventus automations), the HubSpot inbox, tickets, marketing emails and their statistics.

Optional permissions don't block the connection: if they aren't granted, the matching category is simply shown as "Permission required".
Disconnect HubSpot
- In Metaventus: Migration › HubSpot page, Switch account.
- In HubSpot: Settings › Integrations › Connected apps, Metaventus app, Uninstall. Metaventus loses access to your portal immediately.
