Migrate from Brevo

The Brevo migration brings your Brevo account into Metaventus. It reads your account without ever changing, sending or deleting anything: your Brevo campaigns and sends keep working during the switch.

Create a Brevo API key

  1. In Brevo, open Settings › SMTP & API › API Keys.
  2. Click Generate a new API key, give it a name (for example "Metaventus"), then copy it.

A Brevo API key starts with xkeysib-. An SMTP key (xsmtpsib-) won't work: it doesn't give access to the API.

Connect Brevo

  1. In Metaventus, open Migration and choose Brevo.
  2. Paste your API key and click Validate key. Metaventus checks it with Brevo before saving it, encrypted.
  3. You're connected: click Analyze my account.
Brevo account with "Authorized IPs"

If your Brevo account only accepts certain IP addresses, Brevo blocks Metaventus's first connection and sends you an authorization email. Approve it, or add the address shown in Brevo › Security › Authorized IPs, then try again. Your key is not the problem.

After the migration

Keep Brevo while you check the report, then revoke the API key in Brevo › Settings › SMTP & API › API Keys.
