Migrate from Calendly
The Calendly migration brings your Calendly calendar into Metaventus. It reads your account without ever changing or canceling anything: your Calendly booking links keep working during the switch.
Connect Calendly
The connection is made per user: each person migrates their own Calendly.
- In Metaventus, open Migration and choose Calendly.
- Click Sign in with Calendly, sign in to Calendly and authorize access.
- You come back to Metaventus, connected: click Analyze my account.
Data carried over

Meetings are copied silently: no email is sent to your invitees.
After the migration
The booking links you have shared still point to Calendly: replace them with those of your Metaventus booking pages, then remove Metaventus's access in Calendly › Integrations & apps.
