Web forms

Web forms capture your visitors straight into the CRM, with no re-entering and no extra tool.

1. Create the form

In the form editor, add your fields — standard (name, email, phone, etc.) or custom — and choose which ones are required. Also add the notices and consent checkboxes your business requires (email, SMS, phone, etc.), channel by channel.

2. Embed the form on your site

Once the form is ready, an embed script is generated: copy it and paste it into your page, whatever your CMS or site builder. The form then appears with the styling you gave it.

3. A contact created automatically

On every submission, Metaventus creates a new contact or enriches an existing record with the information entered. The consent ticked by the visitor is recorded with its source and its date, visible directly on the contact record.

4. Automations triggered

Submitting a form can trigger an automation scenario — a welcome email, a task for a salesperson, adding the contact to a segment. See Introduction to automation.

tip

If your form captures leads from a campaign, attribution automatically links the contact and the deal created back to the campaign they came from.
