Public pages

A public page is a page served by Metaventus but which belongs to you: you choose its address, its content and its branding. It works equally well as a presentation page or as a procedure page — a form that your service users or your clients fill in online.

Creating a page

In Content → Pages, create a page and give it a title and a short address (the slug). It is immediately available at https://app.metaventus.com/p/your-address.

The content is composed from blocks: text, image, button, and form. A form placed in a page records each submission as a request attached to a CRM contact — created automatically if it does not exist yet.

Publishing under your own domain

A page can be served under your domain, for example procedures.your-organization.com, without the Metaventus name appearing.

  1. In Admin Center → Domains, add your domain and follow the verification instructions (a TXT record to add with your DNS host).
  2. Once the domain is verified, open the page settings and attach it.
  3. With your DNS host, point the domain (CNAME record) to the address shown on screen.

The page is then served at the root of that domain, with your logo and your colors if you have configured your branding in Admin Center → White label.

warning

Verifying the domain and configuring DNS are two separate steps: until the CNAME record has propagated, the page remains reachable at its Metaventus address but not at yours.

Tracking submissions

Every form submission appears in the Forms page, with its answers and its attachments. A submission can trigger an automation scenario: acknowledging receipt by email, creating a task, opening a case, alerting a team.
