Switch tools without losing anything
Coming from another software? The Escape Program brings your data into Metaventus without re-entering anything. It reads your old tool without ever changing anything in it: your original account keeps working normally while you check everything, then cancel when you're ready.

How a migration works
Open the Migration page: from Home, via the Migrate your data step of the
getting-started checklist, or directly at app.metaventus.com/migration. Then choose your
tool.
- Connection: by API key or by connecting to your account, read-only.
- Account analysis: Metaventus counts what your tool contains, category by category, before importing anything. If the volumes exceed your plan, you find out at that point.
- Data selection: migrate everything, or only some categories.
- Migration: it runs in the background; you can close the page and keep working.
- Report: what arrived and, for each item not carried over, the reason and what to do.
Our commitments
- Read-only: nothing is changed, sent or deleted in your original tool.
- No duplicates: each record keeps the ID from its original tool; running a migration again updates, it doesn't duplicate. A contact already in Metaventus with the same email is completed, not created again.
- Unsubscribes preserved: a contact unsubscribed in your old tool arrives unsubscribed in Metaventus.
- Nothing is sent: carried-over campaigns arrive as drafts or as history, and meetings are copied without notifying your invitees.
What doesn't migrate
Automations (workflows, scenarios, sequences) depend on how each tool works internally: none of them can be carried over automatically. The report lists them so you can rebuild them in the Automation hub.
