Create an Email Signature Campaign

An Email Signature campaign doesn't send anything. It places a banner (a visual and a link) under the email signatures you choose: every email the team sends displays it, and each display or click is counted in the report, just like an email or SMS campaign.

1. Create the Campaign

In Marketing → Campaigns, click on New Campaign, name it, then choose the Email Signature channel.

2. The Banner

  • Visual: an image of 1040 × 240 px (displayed at 520 px), PNG or JPG, maximum 800 KB.
  • Campaign Link: the page opened when clicking on the banner. The click is counted.
  • Alternative Text: read when the image does not load.
  • Width: 400, 520 (recommended), or 600 px.
  • End of Display: the banner disappears on its own on this date. Without an end date, it remains until you pause the campaign.

The start of the display is the launch of the campaign: immediately, or on the date you schedule in the last step.

3. The Signatures

Check the signatures under which to place the banner. The summary indicates how many people will display it (those to whom these signatures are assigned). A signature that already carries another campaign's banner will replace it.

The preview on the right shows an email as it will be received, with the first chosen signature and the banner in place.

4. Launch or Schedule

Check the summary, confirm that the visual and link are correct, then launch the campaign or schedule it. The banner is placed under the signatures at the time of launch: the concerned people have nothing to do, their signature deployed in Gmail or Outlook will include it.

5. The Report

The report counts, per signature:

  • the displays: an email opened with the banner;
  • the clicks on the banner;
  • the last display and the last click.

From the report, Pause removes the banner from all signatures; Resume puts it back in place.

In Email Signatures, the Linked Campaign section of the editor allows you to attach a signature to an ongoing campaign: the campaign's banner (visual, link, dates) is used as is, and its displays and clicks join the campaign report. Choosing No Campaign removes the banner.

tip

The visual, link, and dates are set in the campaign, not in the signature: one campaign, multiple signatures, one report.
