Understanding credits
Beyond your plan, some Metaventus usage is paid for based on actual consumption, from a credit balance shared across your account. This model avoids paying a flat fee for features you do not use.
How it works
- 1 credit = €0.10.
- 50 credits are free when you sign up, with no credit card, so you can try out the features concerned.
- The balance is shared across the whole account: every user draws on it, whatever their role.
- Every action that consumes credits displays its cost before processing.
What consumes credits
- SMS messages, beyond the volume included in your plan.
- Artificial intelligence actions — chatbot replies, writing and correcting text, summaries of calls or conversations, enriching records, generating images and videos — billed on actual usage.
- AI voice agent minutes, when an agent answers on your behalf, in addition to the call minute itself.
- OCR processing of documents, counted per page.
- Call transcription minutes, at €0.06 per minute.
Indicative rates vary depending on the country or the type of action. The exact detail is always displayed in your workspace before each operation, so that you know the cost before confirming.
Tracking your usage
A detailed statement lists every credit debit: date, action concerned, the user behind it and the amount. You will find it in the billing section of your account, alongside your subscription invoices.
Topping up your balance
The balance is topped up by credit card, on demand, from the billing section of your account. There is no commitment and no minimum tier imposed beyond the amount suggested by the interface.
Check your credit statement regularly, especially after enabling a new AI feature or launching a large SMS campaign.
