The CRM hub includes document management that centralizes your files and makes them usable, with an online PDF editor and enrichment powered by artificial intelligence.
Uploading your documents
You can upload PDF, PNG or JPG files. Images are automatically converted to PDF on import, which keeps your document library consistent.
Online PDF editor
Work with your PDFs without leaving the application:
- Rotate pages.
- Split a PDF into several documents.
- Merge several documents or pages into a single PDF.
AI enrichment
On a document, you can run an AI enrichment that:
- Runs OCR on the document page by page, including on scanned documents.
- Generates a summary and identifies its key points.
- Detects the document type (invoice, contract, letter, etc.) as well as its entities and dates.
Cost shown before processing
The cost in credits of the enrichment is displayed before processing, so that you know what it will cost you. OCR is counted per page, and AI analysis by the tokens actually consumed. See Understanding credits.
Finding your documents
The document library offers search, filters and ZIP export, so you can quickly find a document or extract several at once.
