Plans and billing
Metaventus offers three plans. The whole suite (every hub) is included in each plan — what changes are the quotas and the advanced features.
Discovery — €0
The Discovery plan lets you start with no risk, with all the hubs:
- 2 users
- 1,000 contacts
- 200 emails per day
- 10 free SMS messages, then usage in credits
- 1 event template and 1 schedule (Meetings hub)
- 1 custom object (CRM hub)
- 50 welcome credits on sign-up
Professional — €75/month per account
The Professional plan is billed per account, not per user: you add colleagues without recalculating your budget every time you hire. It includes higher quotas (contacts, emails, custom objects) as well as additional features such as optional extra workspaces.
Enterprise — on request
The Enterprise plan is aimed at organizations with specific needs: high volumes, enterprise SSO, and dedicated support. Pricing is set according to your organization — contact our team for a quote.
Beyond the quotas of each plan, consumable usage (SMS, AI, OCR, transcription) runs on credits, whatever your plan. See Understanding credits.
Changing plan
You can change plan at any time from the billing section of your account, upwards as well as downwards.
Before changing plan, check your current quotas (users, contacts, custom objects) to make sure they remain compatible with the new plan.
