When an event type is configured for video, Metaventus automatically generates a meeting link on booking. The meeting takes place directly in the browser, with no installation and no third-party account required, for you as well as for your guest.
Teams, Meet and Zoom integrations
If your team already uses Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom, you can connect your account: the meeting link is then generated automatically on your usual provider for every booking, rather than on the native video service.
The link in confirmations and reminders
Whichever provider you choose, the meeting link appears automatically in the booking confirmation and in the reminders sent to the guest — nobody has to go looking for it at the last minute.
The choice of video provider is made per event type: you can perfectly well use the native video service for your consultations and Teams for your internal meetings.
