Compliance and GDPR
This covers what relates to the account itself — who did what, who signed in, and the erasure of a contact across every service. A contact's consent, on the other hand, is tracked in Marketing → Consents.
Audit log
An audit log keeps a record of sensitive actions carried out in your account (data changes, permission changes, exports, etc.), which can be viewed and exported.
Sign-in log, 2FA and SSO
Access security complements data compliance: sign-in log, two-factor authentication (2FA) and enterprise SSO on the Enterprise plan. See Security and two-factor authentication.
Right to erasure: cascading deletion
When an account is deleted, the deletion propagates in a cascade across all the services in the suite, so that the right to erasure is genuinely honored rather than leaving orphaned data behind.
